摘要
为了解决传统聚晶金刚石复合片抛光机夹具旋转机构结构复杂、刚性差,摆动机构易磨损,抛光轮与夹具体冷却系统为开放式结构而导致冷却效果不理想,以及固定式夹具旋转机构在加工大直径复合片时耗时过长等问题,利用SolidWorks三维设计软件,设计了一种大直径双工位聚晶金刚石复合片高速、高效抛光机。该抛光机可实现抛光轮在高速自转的同时偏心摆动,其抛光轮与夹具体采用封闭式循环冷却系统,抛光线速度可提高至24~28 m/s。
In order to solve the problems of the traditional polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC)polishing machine,such as the complex mechanism,poor rigidity,easy wear of swing mechanism,the open cooling system of polishing wheel and clamp,and the long time-consuming of fixed fixture rotating machine in machining large-diameter composites,a high-speed and high-efficiency polishing machine for large-diameter dual-station PDC is designed by using SolidWorks 3D design software.This polishing machine can realize the high-speed rotation of the polishing wheel and eccentric swing simultaneously.The closed circulating cooling system is adopted for the polishing wheel and clamp,and the speed of the polishing line can be increased to 24-28m/s.
