摘要
介绍了阴极电泳涂装中细菌产生的原因以及细菌菌落数量和槽液MEQ值的测定方法。分析了槽液中不同菌落数量对槽液参数和产品质量的影响。当槽液菌落数量达10^3~10^4 CFU/mL时,槽液各参数达到工艺控制上限,应及时进行杀菌处理。介绍了杀菌剂种类与使用方法,并对杀菌前后槽液各参数进行了分析比较。
This paper introduces the cause of bacteria in cathodic electrophoretic coating,the method of rapid determination of colony number and MEQ value.The effects of the number of colonies in the bath on the bath parameters,coating production and product quality are analyzed.It is proved that when the number of colonies in the bath reaches 10^3~10^4 CFU/mL,the parameters reach the upper limit of process control.This paper also introduces the kinds of fungicides and their application methods,and analyzes and compares the parameters of the bath before and after sterilization.
