乡村旅游是我国农业发展的主导方向吗?

Can Rural Tourism be the Leading Direction of Agriculture Development in China?

全民粮食安全和农民充分就业始终是我国农业发展面临的最主要问题,我国农业领域的诸多改革很大程度上都是在这两个关键因素之间谋求平衡。基于兼顾实现以上双重目标的维度考量,乡村旅游至多是农业改革技术层面上的一项措施,无法成为农业发展的主导方向。我国农业未来发展之路必须重点关注三个方面,即相机采用现代科技延长农业产业链(当然包括适度发展乡村旅游业)、充分扩展传统加工制造业的生命周期以及合理利用农民工返现创业的新契机。

National food security and full employment of farmers have always been the two most important problems facing China’s agricultural development.To a great extent,many reforms in China’s agricultural field have been seeking a balance between these two key factors.Based on the consideration of achieving the above two goals,rural tourism is at most a measure at the technical level of agricultural reform and cannot become the leading direction of agricultural development.In the future development of China’s agriculture,we must focus on three aspects:to extend the agricultural industry chain by using modern science and technology(including the appropriate development of rural tourism)when the time is opportune,fully expand the life cycle of traditional processing and manufacturing industry,and make rational use of the new opportunity of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start businesses.
