乡村振兴背景下关中西部传统民居的保护与再造策略

Research on the Strategy of Protection and Reconstruction of Traditional Houses in the Central and Western Part of Guanzhong under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴的发展离不开对传统民居的保护,两者紧密结合、相互支持、相得益彰。关中西部地区散落有大量地域特色鲜明的传统民居,它们是农耕文化、地域文化和民俗文化的综合载体,闪耀着表里如一、简约节制、天人合一的营造理念。以宝鸡翟家坡老村落传统民居的改造为例,探讨关中西部地区传统民居普遍存在的问题,并从保护利用的角度出发,提出了对该地区传统民居尊重地域、整体修复,新旧嫁接、有机更新,优化变异、多元共生的保护策略,并通过运用“新理念、新技术、新材料”与相关产业有机融合的再造,来丰富该地区乡村振兴的路径,助力乡村振兴。

The development of Rural Revitalization is inseparable from the protection of traditional houses.The two are closely combined,mutually supportive and complementary.In the western part of Guanzhong,there are a large number of traditional houses with distinctive regional characteristics.They are comprehensive carriers of farming culture,regional culture and folk culture,shining with the construction concept of unity of the outside and the inside,simplicity and restraint,and harmony between man and nature.Taking the transformation of traditional houses in the old village of Zhaijiapo in Baoji as an example,this paper discusses the common problems of traditional houses in the western part of Guanzhong,and from the perspective of protection and utilization,puts forward the protection strategies of respecting the region,repairing them as a whole,grafting the old and the new,organic renewal,optimizing variation and multiple symbiosis,and proposes to enrich the path of Rural Revitalization in the region and help rural revitalization through the use of reengineering that organically integrates“new ideas,new technologies and new materials”with related industries.
