摘要
为确保试验结果可支撑产品需求符合性声明,满足适航相关的构型管理要求,依据差异性分析原理,在试验件构型与所验证的产品构型之间存在差异的情况下,通过差异性分析的方法证明其对试验结果无影响而允许其存在,从而降低制造和试验成本、缩短研制周期;在设计、试验环节开展构型差异标识、更改控制、审核等专项管控,确保构型差异始终处于可控状态。
In order to ensure that the test results could support the conformity statement of product requirements and meet the requirements of airworthiness configuration management,based on the principle of difference analysis and under the condition of differences between the test piece configuration and the product configuration verified,it was proved that it had no influence on the test results and allowed it to exist by means of difference analysis,thus reducing the cost of manufacture and test and shortening the development cycle.Special management and control such as configuration difference identification,change control and audit were carried out in the period of design and test to ensure that the configuration difference was always under control.
