摘要
为了在航空发动机方案设计阶段实现整机质量指标向发动机各单元体的分配,定义了整机质量目标,提出了整机质量名义值和质量公差的分配方法。单元体质量公差的分配主要考虑了单元体的加工成本、质量占比、零组件特性的影响,构建了"质量公差—加工成本"模型来确定质量公差与加工成本的关系;采用蒙特卡洛法对单元体的质量公差分配结果进行综合,对照整机质量目标迭代修改质量公差分配结果。结果表明:本方法具有工程应用的可行性和合理性。
In order to realize the distribution of the engine mass index to each unit of the engine in the aeroengine scheme design stage,the mass target of the engine was defined,and the distribution method of the mass nominal value and the mass tolerance of the engine were put forward. The distribution of unit mass tolerance mainly took into account the machining cost,mass proportion and component characteristics of the unit. A model of "mass tolerance-machining cost"was constructed to determine the relationship between mass tolerance and machining cost. Monte Carlo method was used to synthesize the results of mass tolerance distribution of the unit,and the results of mass tolerance distribution were modified iteratively according to the engine mass target. The results show that this method is feasible and reasonable for engineering application.
