教育对农村地区反贫困的影响——基于F市A县1347户农户的实证分析

摘要 基于F市A县1347个调研样本,建立二元Logistic模型,实证分析教育对农村地区反贫困的影响。结果表明,子女上学人数与家庭陷入贫困状态正相关;户主文化程度、劳动力健康状况均值、人口负担比与家庭陷入贫困状态负相关。文章从三个方面提出政策建议:一是加强技能培训帮扶教育,提升户主和其他家庭成员的文化程度;二是普及高中教育并加大农村非义务教育阶段的政策补助力度,提高家庭对子女的高等教育投资意愿;三是完善医保扶贫制度及健康教育制度提升劳动力健康水平,间接提升教育投资意愿促进教育的反贫困功能。 Based on 1347 research samples from a county of F City,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of education on Anti-poverty in rural areas.The results show that:the number of children in school is positively related to the poverty of their families;the education level of the head of household,the average health status of the labor force,and the ratio of population burden are negatively related to the poverty of their families.The paper puts forward policy suggestions from three aspects:first,strengthen the education of skills training and assistance,improve the education level of heads of households and other family members;second,popularize the high school education and increase the policy subsidies in the non compulsory education stage in rural areas,improve the family's willingness to invest in higher education for their children;third,improve the poverty alleviation system of medical insurance and the health education system to improve the health level of labor force,Indirectly enhance the willingness of education investment to promote the anti-poverty function of education.
