A Research on the Uncertain Information Communication in Doctor-patient Relationship

在当前医疗实践中,因无法有效传达不确定信息而产生了一些不必要的医患矛盾。长期而有效地传达不确定信息有赖于医患的互信,有策略地沟通,并相互理解对方的社会角色。通过更多关注患者的社会功能和精神层面的变化,可以增加医患之间更加深度的信任。多维度地关心患者的实际生活背景,理解患者的处境,可以有效地传播医疗过程中的信息不确定性,降低误解风险。解释利益关系有助于患者主动与医生建立基于病情之上的最积极的相处模式。

In the current clinical practice,there are many unnecessary contradictions between doctors and patients due to the inability to effectively convey uncertain information.Long-term and effective communication of uncertain information depends on mutual trust,strategic communication and mutual understanding of each other’s social roles.By paying more attention to the changes of social function and mental level of patients,we can increase the deeper trust between doctors and patients.Multi-dimensional care for the actual living background and understanding the social situation of patients can effectively spread the information uncertainty in the medical process and reduce the risk of misunderstanding.Explaining the beneficial situation will help patients establish the most active mode of getting along with doctors.
