摘要
社会工作作为应用性学科和实践取向的专业,在教学过程中以实务为导向具有理论与现实必要性。包头师范学院社会工作专业是国际本科学术互认(International Scholarly Exchange Curriculum)项目专业,除国际化视野外,该项目的重要特色之一是过程性评价。提升社会工作专业学生实务能力要加强以实践教学为导向的考核体系建设,改革专业见习内容与考核方式,建设校内实训平台配套实训软件。
As an applied subject and a practice-oriented discipline,social work is theoretically and practically necessary to be practice-oriented in the teaching process.The social work major of Baotou Teachers College is an ISEC(International Scholarly Exchange Curriculum)project.In addition to the international perspective,one of the important features of the project is the process assessment.Based on the analysis of the necessity of practice-oriented teaching for social work,this article discusses strategies to improve the practical ability based on process assessment in teaching practice.
