摘要
目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员14(LIGHT)在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气(OSAHS)患儿中的表达及临床意义。方法将确诊为OSAHS的患儿19例及健康儿童11例分别纳入研究组及对照组。研究组予以双侧扁桃体切除术和(或)腺样体切除术治疗,对照组不进行任何处理。分别比较2组以及研究组手术前后血清LIGHT的表达水平。结果与对照组比较,研究组血清LIGHT的表达量显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与手术前比较,研究组手术后LIGHT表达量无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清LIGHT表达与OSAHS患儿的免疫调节相关,其在儿童OSAHS的临床诊断及治疗中有着积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 14(LIGHT)in children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Nineteen OSAHS children(OSAHS group)were treated with bilateral tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy.In addition,11 healthy children(control group)received no treatment.Serum LIGHT levels were compared between the two groups.Results The expression of LIGHT in OSAHS group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After operation,no obvious change in LIGHT expression was found in children with OSAHS(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum LIGHT expression is related to immune regulation and is expected to provide a new strategy for clinical diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS in children.
