中国提出的"人类命运共同体"理念,旨在促进国家之间共同应对人类面临的各种风险挑战,实现互利共赢。依据广谱哲学的价值场论,"一带一路"沿线国家可以按照优势互补、利益共同的原则,建构价值目标相容的价值场网,即区域命运共同体;在世界范围内,各个国家在更高的共同利益基础上,遵循公正合理的国际规则,建构价值目标相容的更大的价值场网,并对之进行调控,实现合作共赢,构成人类命运共同体。

The concept of"community of shared future for mankind"put forward by China aims to promote countries to jointly cope with various risks and challenges facing mankind and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.According to the value field theory of broad-spectrum philosophy,the countries along the belt and road can construct a value field network compatible with the value target,namely the regional fate community,in accordance with the principle of complementary advantages and common interests.In the world,each country should follow a fair and reasonable international rule on the basis of higher common interests,and build a more valuable network of value objectives compatible with each other.It will regulate,achieve win-win cooperation and form a community of shared future for mankind.
