高校教师党建与思想政治工作深度融合探讨

On the Deep Integration between the Party Building and Ideological and Political Education of University Teachers

高校教师党建与思想政治工作是高校工作的重要组成部分,二者既相互区别,又紧密联系,其深度融合对于推进高校教师党建、思想政治工作及高等教育事业发展具有重大意义。高校应当以内容融合为根本,以队伍融合为依托,以载体融合为基础,以方式融合为支撑,全面加强教师党建与思想政治工作的深度融合,以更好地完成高校立德树人根本任务。

The Party building and ideological and political education of university teachers are main parts of the work in universities.Even though they are different from each other,they are closely related.And their deep integration is of great significance to the promotion of the Party building,ideological and political education and the development of higher education.In this paper,the author pointed out the significance and the methods of deep integration between Party building and ideological and political education in universities.
