海南自贸港建设为海南高等教育发展带来新契机,相关教育政策鼓励中外合作办学,因此其发展前景广阔。海南现有中外合作办学还处于起步阶段,发展与问题共存,如双语师资短缺、生源质量不高、缺乏有效的监管评价体系等。这需要借鉴中外合作办学发达地区的经验和教训,以服务海南自贸区建设为核心,高起点,严监管发展,以市场需求为依据,以项目为依托,开展订单式人才培养,为海南自贸港建设长期输送高级应用型人才。

The construction of Hainan Free Trade Port has brought new opportunities for the development of higher education in Hainan.Relevant educational policies encourage Sino foreign cooperation in running schools,so its development prospects are broad.Hainan's current sino foreign cooperation in running schools is still in its infancy,and its development and problems coexist,such as the shortage of bilingual teachers,the poor quality of students and the lack of an effective regulatory evaluation system.This requires learning from the experience and lessons of developed areas of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools,taking serving the construction of Hainan free trade zone as the core,high starting point,strict supervision and development,market demand as the basis,project as the support,carrying out order type personnel training,and long-term transportation of high-level applied talents for the construction of Hainan free trade port.
