研究生的情商教育现状、问题及对策

随着社会的发展,研究生培养规模不断扩大,面临着来自于学业、就业、经济和社会等各方面的压力,研究生的心理问题面临着严峻的挑战。情商教育成为各高校研究生教育中不可忽视的重要课题。文章采用调查问卷的方式,随机抽查了杭州5所高校研究生对情商的认知情况,分析了研究生的心理状况,并给出了相应的对策和建议。

With the development of society,the scale of postgraduate training has been expanding.The postgraduates are facing huge pressures from academic,employment,economic and social aspects.The psychological problems of postgraduates are facing severe challenges.EQ education has become an important issue that cannot be ignored in graduate education in universities.By means of questionnaires,this paper randomly checks the perception of emotional quotient of postgraduates in five universities in Hangzhou,we analyzed the psychological status of postgraduates,and gave the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
