行业特色专业新工科建设方案探索

行业特色专业由于服务面向较窄,在新经济的背景下必须及时以新工科的理念进行专业的改造升级,实时满足行业发展的动态需求,才能为学生的就业提供保障,为行业发展和转型升级提供更加精准的人才和智力支持。文章针对行业特色专业面临的问题,从建设路径、培养目标及培养理念、理论课程改革、实践教育体系与平台构建几方面提出了新工科建设的方案,从而满足新工科实用性、交叉性、综合性和创新性的要求,为引领行业发展做好人才和技术储备。

The service orientation of industry characteristic majors are narrow nowadays.Under the background of the new economy,it is necessary to timely transform and upgrade the major with the concept of new engineering,to meet the dynamic demand of industry development in real time,so as to provide guarantee for students'employment and provide more accurate talents and intellectual support for industry development and transformation and upgrading.In order to solve the existing problems,suggestions are put forward in this paper from the aspects of constructing paths,training target and training idea,theoretical curriculum reform,practical education system and platform construction so as to meet the requirements of practicability,intersectionality,comprehensiveness and innovation of new engineering to lead the industry development of talents and technology reserves.
