摘要
目的比较不同途径给予右美托咪定对大鼠内脏痛的镇痛效果。方法采用数字表法将48只大鼠分为6组:VNC、VNP、VDP、INC、INP、IDP。VDP组大鼠通过静脉注射右美托咪定,VNP、VNC组大鼠通过静脉注射给予等量生理盐水;IDP组大鼠通过鞘内注射右美托咪定,INP、INC组大鼠通过鞘内注射给予等量生理盐水;15 min后,VDP、VNP、IDP、INP组大鼠腹腔注射乙酸制备大鼠内脏痛模型,VNC、INC组大鼠腹腔注射等量生理盐水;计录各组大鼠造模后60 min内的内脏痛评分,比较大鼠通过给予右美托咪定后内脏痛的变化及减轻程度。结果内脏痛累计评分:VNP、INP组大鼠较VNC、INC组大鼠升高(P<0.05),VDP、IDP组大鼠较VNP、INP组大鼠降低(P<0.05);内脏痛降低程度:IDP与VDP组大鼠差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论右美托咪定静脉注射与鞘内注射均可减轻大鼠内脏痛,减轻程度无明显差异。
Objective To compare the analgesic effects of different dexmedetomidine routes on visceral pain in rats.Methods Forty-eight healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:VNC,VNP,VDP,INC,INP and IDP.Group VDP received intravenous injection dexmedtomidine,group VNP and VNC were injected with saline by intravenous injection,group IDP received intrathecal injection of dexmetomidine;group INP and group INC received intrathecal injection of saline.15 minutes after injection,group VNP,VDP,INP and IDP received intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid to prepare a visceral pain model.The visceral pain score was recorded within 60 minutes after acetic acid administration,the degree of visceral pain reduction calculated after dexmedetomidine administration.Results Visceral pain score:compared with group VNC and group INC,it was higher in group VNP and INP(P<0.05),decreased in group VDP and IDP when compared with group VNP and INP(P<0.05).The degree of visceral pain reduction:there was no difference between IDP group and VDP group(P>0.05).Conclusion The intravenou injection and intrathecal injection of dexmedetomidine can alleviate visceral pain in rats.
