基于灰色靶关联的弹力式乒乓球动态发球机设计

Design of dynamic serving machine of elastic table tennis based on grey target correlation

传统乒乓球动态发球机的发射频率低,为了解决这一问题,提出基于灰色靶关联的弹力式乒乓球动态发球机设计。先根据弹力式乒乓球动态发球机控制需求选型,发球机结构由美国AMC伺服驱动器、艾思控专业直流电机驱动器型号为AQMD3610NS-A、HEDS5500多传感器、BM5064型号芯片和蓝牙HC-05组成。再运用灰色靶关联算法设计弹力式乒乓球动态发球机主程序、显示器子程序、键的输入子程序。由此,完成基于灰色靶关联的弹力式乒乓球动态发球机设计。最后,进入实验,根据弹力式乒乓球动态发球机设计过程调试发球机的结构和功能。调试成功后,综合测试2个发球机的发射频率。实验结果表明,所提的弹力式乒乓球动态发球机的发射频率更快,且满足设计需求。

The traditional table tennis dynamic server has a low transmitting frequency.In order to solve this problem,the design of an elastic table tennis dynamic server based on grey target correlation is proposed.First,according to the elastic table tennis dynamic server control requirements,the server structure is composed of AMC servo driver in the United States,DC motor driver model aqmd3610 ns-a,heds5500 multi-sensor,bm5064 chip and Bluetooth hc-05.Then,the main program,display subroutine and key input subroutine of the elastic table tennis dynamic server are designed by using grey target association algorithm.Therefore,the design of dynamic table tennis server based on grey target correlation is completed.Finally,enter the experiment,according to the elastic table tennis dynamic server design process debugging server structure and function.After successful debugging,the launch frequencies of the two servers are tested comprehensively.The experimental results show that the launching frequency of the proposed dynamic table tennis server is faster and meets the design requirements.
