动车组检修用零部件超声清洗方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 当前的超声清洗方法清洗动车组列车时间长,因此设计一个动车组检修用零部件超声清洗方法。对超声波清洗设备进行调试,选择最合理的清洗参数提高效率,主要包括超声波强度、超声波频率、清洗溶液、温度等,通过公式推导出喷淋清洗力,确定2次喷淋选择喷淋清洗的喷嘴形状,最大限度除去表面污垢并带走残余清洗液;根据零件的类型选择超声的频段,并完成污水的处理。为了验证设计的清洗方法能有效缩短清洗时间,设计对比实验,实验结果表明,利用设计的超声清洗方法比传统方法节省10 min。 The traditional ultrasonic cleaning method has a long cleaning time,so an ultrasonic cleaning method is designed for parts used for maintenance of emu.Of ultrasonic cleaning equipment debugging,select the most reasonable cleaning parameters to improve the efficiency,mainly including the intensity of ultrasonic,ultrasonic frequency,cleaning solution,temperature and so on,is derived by formula spray cleaning power,to determine the two choices spray spray cleaning nozzle shape,maximum residual cleaning fluid to remove surface dirt and taken away;Select ultrasonic frequency band according to the type of parts and complete sewage treatment.In order to verify that the designed cleaning method can effectively shorten the cleaning time,a comparative experiment was designed.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic cleaning method designed in this paper can save 10 minutes than the traditional method.
