摘要
通过扭转试验研究了扭转速度、张力以及扭转方向等参数对CTMH150接触线扭转圈数的影响,并分析了扭矩与扭转圈数的关系。结果表明,铜合金接触线的扭转圈数随着扭转速度、张力的增大先降低再增加,均存在一个转换点,其中2、3 r/min是扭转速度的转折点,755 N是张力的转折点;双向扭转过程中的扭矩圈数大于单向扭转。此外,接触线的扭矩与扭转圈数成线性相关性。
The influence of torsion speed,tension and direction on the number of torsion turns of CTMH150 contact line is studied by torsion test,and the relationship between torsion moment and the number of torsion turns is analyzed.It is found that the number of torsion turns of copper alloy contact line decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of torsion speed and tension,and there exists a transition point.And the 2 r/min and 3 r/min are turning points of torsion speed,while the 755 N is the turning points of tension.The number of torsion turns in the process of bidirectional torsion is larger than that of unidirectional torsion.In addition,the torque of the contact line is linearly correlated with the number of torsion turns.
