轴向和扭转循环加载下HRB335钢的力学行为研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用HRB335钢材进行单轴拉伸试验、纯扭试验以及不同应变幅值下的拉压疲劳试验和扭转疲劳试验。对比拉伸、扭转两种不同加载方式下实测得到的HRB335钢应力—应变曲线、循环稳定滞回曲线和疲劳寿命值,得到该材料在两种不同加载作用下本构行为和抗疲劳特性的差异。针对循环轴向拉压和扭转两种不同加载方式下的Chaboche模型参数确定问题,提出了一种将张量模型退化为一维模型的本构关系计算方法。用这种方法标定了HRB335钢材的Chaboche模型参数,并与试验测试结果和ABAQUS软件计算结果作了比较,证实了该方法的有效性。 HRB335 steel was used as the test material for uniaxial tensile test,pure torsion test,tensile and compressive fatigue test and torsional fatigue test under different strain amplitudes.The stress-strain curve,cyclic stable hysteresis loops and fatigue life of HRB335 steel measured under two different loading modes were compared,and the difference of constitutive behavior and fatigue resistance of the material under two different loadings was obtained.Aiming at the parameter determination of Chaboche model under two different cyclic loading modes,a calculation method of constitutive relation which degenerates the tensor model into an one-dimensional model was proposed.By using the method,Chaboche model parameters of HRB335 steel were calibrated,and the cyclic stable hysteresis loops at different strain amplitudes were obtained respectively by simulation using this one-dimensional model and ABAQUS software.Both the simulation results are in good agreement with tests results,which verified the validity of the presented method.
