Prediction Models for Prognosis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Brain Metastases Under Brain Radiotherapy

发生脑转移的非小细胞肺癌患者为一特殊亚组,其预后差异明显。脑部放疗曾是脑转移患者最主要的治疗手段之一,但近年药物的发展为脑转移患者提供了更多选择。因此,如何预测此类患者的预后并结合药物制定合适的脑部放疗策略显得至关重要。本文总结了目前已构建的脑转移预后预测模型,同时讨论了预后预测在指导脑部放疗中的作用。

Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients with brain metastases are a special subgroup,and their prognosis varies significantly. Brain radiotherapy used to be one of the most important means of treating patients with brain metastases,while the development of drug therapy in recent years has provided more options for patients with brain metastases. Therefore,it is of great importance in predicting the prognosis of such patients and formulating appropriate brain radiotherapy strategies in combination with drug therapy. In this article,the currently established models for predicting the prognosis of brain metastasis are summarized,and the role of prognosis prediction in guiding brain radiotherapy is also discussed.
