摘要
The 10th BRICS Economic and Trade Ministers’meeting was held as a video conference on July 23.The meeting achieved the Joint Communique of the 10th BRICS Economic and Trade Ministers’Meeting,and the Joint Statement of BRICS about the Multi-lateral Trade System and WTO Reform.It also approved the Understanding of Investment Facilitation and the Guidance to Promote the Involvement of Small and Micro Enterprises in International Trade.This work has created solid preparations for the 12th BRICS Leaders’meeting.
