广州市制造业高质量发展的现状分析及提升对策

当前,推动制造业高质量发展已成为我国经济发展的主攻方向。作为全国重要制造业基地、粤港澳大湾区核心城市之一,广州近年来全面实施制造强市战略,制造业发展质量稳步提升,创新发展动能增强,结构优化幅度大,两化融合成效显著,区域协同发展提速增效,制造业高质量发展特征初步显现。但对标制造业先进城市,还存在整体质量不高、开放发展优势下降、绿色制造水平较低、产业效益不高、高端化转型不足等突出短板,必须要以科技创新增强制造业创新发展能力,以新技术、新模式助力制造业智能化转型,以结构优化升级推进制造业高端化发展,以扩大开放提升制造业国际影响力,以绿色发展理念贯穿全环节促进绿色制造能力,推动制造业高质量发展迈向更高水平,加快建设具有全球竞争力的先进制造业强市。

At present,promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry has become the main direction of China’s economic development.As an important national manufacturing base and one of the core cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangzhou has comprehensively implemented the strategy of straitening the city’s manufacture industry in recent years.The quality of manufacturing development has been steadily improved,the momentum of innovation and development strengthened,the structure significantly upgraded and optimized.As a result,the characteristics of high-quality development of the manufacturing industry have already emerged.However,compared with advanced manufacturing cities there are still shortcomings,such as low overall quality,decline in open-up advantages,low levels of green manufacturing,low industrial efficiency,and lack of high-end transformation.To promote the development of high-quality manufacturing to a higher level and speed up the construction of strong manufacturing city with global competitiveness,it is necessary to continuously enhance the comprehensive strength of the manufacturing industry through innovation,to promote the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry with new technologies and new models,to upgrade the manufacturing industry through structural optimization,to enhance the international influence of the manufacturing industry through opening-up,and to promote green development concept throughout the whole process.
