应用型本科高校财务管理专业“课证赛岗”四位一体人才培养模式构建

A“4-in-1”Talent Cultivation Mode for the Specialty of Financial Management in Application-oriented Universities

在企业财务会计转型升级背景下,如何培养新时代财务管理专业企业需求人才一直是应用型高校关注的焦点。文章从“课证赛岗”的内涵入手,解读课证赛岗相互融合、相互影响的机理,结合财务管理专业人才培养现状,以课程建设为核心,提出“课证融合”、“课岗融合”、“课赛融合”人才培养模式的构建路径。

As application-oriented universities have long been concerned with the cultivation of financial management talents needed by enterprises when enterprise financial accounting is being required to upgrade,a talent cultivation mode featuring“course-certificate integration”,“course-job integration”and“course-contest integration”with curricular construction as the kernel was proposed on the basis of an analysis of current talent cultivation,the mechanism of mutual integration and influence between courses,certificates,contests and jobs as well as the connotations of the“4-in-1”principle.
