积极心理学视域下高校特殊学生群体心理问题干预策略研究

Intervention Strategies for Mental Problems of Special University Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

高校特殊学生群体心理问题干预是当前高校心理健康教育的重点。改变以往过分关注高校特殊学生群体的消极方面和负能量的研究视角,从积极心理学的视角出发,提出关注心理积极层面、积极直面心理问题、主动预防和积极有效干预的心理健康教育策略,对解决高校特殊学生群体的心理问题具有重要作用。

As current mental health education in universities is concerned with the intervention of mental problems of special students,some strategies featuring focusing on positive mental activities,facing mental problems in an active way,preventing actively and intervening effectively were proposed in the paper below from the perspective of positive psychology,which will be of great significance for the resolution of these problems.
