摘要
以例举的方式简要阐述大学生感染新型冠状病毒的现状,进而分析造成大学生体质健康水平下降的主要原因:网络依赖较强;存在过度自慰;就业压力较大;体能训练较少等。为帮助更多大学生避免或减少疫情感染,促进其体质健康水平的提升,提出的建议为:鼓励大学生加入体育社团,让他们放下手机;采取有效措施,对大学生科学实施性教育;科学实施就业指导,引导大学生劳逸结合;加强体能训练,提升大学生体质健康水平。
To prevent more university students from being infected or reduce the number of them being infected and improve their physical health,some strategies were proposed including encouraging them to join in sports societies,offering them scientific sex education with effective measures,guiding them to keep a balance between work and rest,providing instructions on employment and reinforcing physical training to resolve the problems like heavy dependence on internet,excessive masturbation,high job-seeking pressure and little physical training,etc.on the basis of a brief analysis of current infection of COVID-19 among university students.
