摘要
基于城乡教育资源匹配失衡背景,通过实地调查法,对B校乡村教育资源落后、生源流失和教育体系地域文化分裂等问题展开研究,探析了该校目前面临的诸多教育问题的深层原因。针对教育资源匮乏现实,B校尝试结合历史背景和地域文化创新了乡村特色教育,对现存乡村教育的发展起到了一定的启示作用。
A field investigation was held on the problems like backward education resources,drop in the number of students and regional cultural separation within the educational system,etc.,found in School B to find out the deep causes when educational resources are not balanced in distribution between urban and rural areas.Although suffering from the insufficiency of educational resources,the school adapted its distinctive educational mode by combining the history and local culture,and thus became a flag for current rural schools.
