浅析以发展口岸经济推动吉林省高质量发展的路径

An Analysis of the Path to Promote Quality Growth of Jilin Province through Development of Port Economy

口岸是对外交往的门户,是重要的经济增长点。近年来,吉林省口岸经济发展速度很快,但受内外部环境的制约,口岸经济的规模较小,同时发展过程中也存在着很多问题,如政府管理和服务水平跟不上口岸经济快速发展的要求,产品供给跟不上消费升级需求,基础设施供给不足、成本过高,产业聚集能力差、带动作用发挥不充分等。解决上述问题,需要坚持创新发展,创新体制机制,提升政府管理效率;支持开发旅游产业成为推动口岸经济的一个重要增长点;加快基础设施建设,优化口岸经济软环境;加快口岸城市产业结构调整与转型升级;抓住东北亚地区局势缓和机遇,加快口岸经济发展。

Ports are a very important economic growth engine as they serve as the gate to the outside world.Although recent years have witnessed a rapid port economic development in Jilin Province,it has to be pointed out that the province's port economy is still relatively small in size as a result of both internal and external restrictions and various problems during the course like unsatisfactory government management and service,insufficient product supply,low-quality infrastructure,excessive costs,incompetent industrial agglomeration and poor performance in stimulating the development of other areas or industries,etc.To resolve these problems,the following paths are recommended such as adhering to innovative development,innovating systems and mechanism,enhancing government's efficiency in management,making tourism development an important economic engine,accelerating infrastructure construction,optimize the soft environment,speeding up industrial restructuring and upgrading and making full use of the developmental opportunities in alleviated situation in Northwest Asia.
