摘要
电缆控制分层测试技术,通过电缆对井下开关进行控制,开关可以随时打开或关闭,压力计的数据可以在地面仪器上观察和记录。该技术采用油管将封隔器、开关和压力计等仪器和工具下入目的层段,用电缆将井下每一层的开关和压力计连接到一起,最终与地面仪器连接。电缆控制分层测试技术配合管式采油泵需要2次下入管柱,配合杆式泵或螺杆泵1次下入管柱即可。电缆控制分层测试能够测量各层段地层压力和温度,求取各层段渗流参数,计算合采时各层产液量,并能为油井提供合适的生产压差。结合干扰试井,可以揭示油井与注水井间的连通情况,确定水井的最小启动注水量。该研究提出用压力计算流量的方法,设计压力平衡开关和防砂卡管柱,与存储式压力测试相比,具有时间不受电池寿命限制和数据直读的优点。
Cable control layered testing technique uses cables to control downhole switches,switches can be turned on or off at any time.All manometer data can be observed and recorded on the ground instrument.The technique uses tubing to put the packer,switch manometer instruments and tools into the target zone,and uses cables to connect the switches and manometers in each layer and eventually connects to the surface instruments.If the technology needs to cooperate with the oil extraction pipe pump,it needs to run the pipe string twice.If cooperating with the rod pump or screw pump into the string it only needs to run the pipe string once.The cable control layered testing technique can measure the pressure and temperature of each layer,obtain the seepage parameters calculate the yield of each layer,and provide suitable production pressure difference.Combined with the interference test,the connection between the well and the water injection well can be clarified to determine the minimum start-up water injection amount of the well.This study is putting forward the method of calculating flow with pressure and designing the pressure balance switch and the sand control tubing string.Compared with the storage stress test,the cable control layered test has the advantage of not being limited by battery life and data direct reading.
