摘要
为了减小管柱腐蚀造成井筒安全隐患和生产损失,利用挂片监测技术描述产层区域的腐蚀规律,科学有效地指导油气田公司寻找符合区域井下工况的油套管钢级,提高井筒安全性。从施工设备、工艺流程、解释方法和应用效果方面对改进后的腐蚀挂片监测技术进行研究,通过解释结果与实际情况的对比,新技术能够提高挂片分析结果的准确性,确保油套管腐蚀评价结果真实可靠。
In order to reduce the potential safety hazard and production loss caused by the corrosion of the string,the hanging piece monitoring technology is used to describe the corrosion law of the production zone,scientifically and effectively guide the oil and gas field company to find the oil casing steel grade suitable for the regional downhole conditions,and improve the wellbore reliability.From the aspects of construction equipment,process flow,interpretation method and application effect,the improved corrosion coupon monitoring technology is studied.By comparing the interpretation results with the actual situation,the new technology can improve the accuracy of the coupon analysis results and ensure that the corrosion evaluation results of oil casing are true and reliable.
