乳腺癌患者维生素D水平及其与传统肿瘤标志物的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌患者维生素D(Vit D)水平及其与传统肿瘤标志物的相关性。方法选取2016年8月—2018年6月就诊于中国石油天然气集团公司中心医院60例乳腺癌患者,按是否绝经分为两组,每组30例;并以60例健康妇女为对照,按是否绝经分为两组,每组30例;取空腹血清测定Vit D、癌胚抗原(CEA、CA125及CA153)。结果乳腺癌未绝经组维生素D水平低于对照组,乳腺癌绝经组CEA水平高于对照组(P均<0.05);经校正年龄后,乳腺癌的危险因素为绝经和CEA升高,Vit D升高为保护因素。绝经者罹患乳腺癌风险为未绝经者的8.342倍。CEA增高患者患病风险随之升高。维生素D增高可降低患病风险。结论本研究显示维生素D与乳腺癌的发生有密切关系,通过多因素分析亦显示其为乳腺癌发生的保护因子,提高绝经妇女体内维生素D水平在预防乳腺癌发生中起到积极作用。 Objective To investigate the level of vitamin D(VitD)in patients with breast cancer and its correlation with traditional tumor markers.Methods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer from August 2016 to June 2018 in Hebei Petrochina Central Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to whether menopause or not,with 30 cases in each group.And 60 healthy women as control group were divided into two groups according to menopause,with 30 cases in each group.Fasting serum was taken to detect VitD,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA,CA125 and CA153).Results The level of vitamin D in premenopausal breast cancer group was lower than that in control group,and CEA level in postmenopausal breast cancer group was higher than that in control group.After adjusted age,the risk factors of breast cancer occurrence were menopause and CEA,and VitD was protective factor.The incidence of breast cancer in postmenopausal patients was 8.342 times higher than that in premenopausal patients,and the risk of CEA increased by 1.516 times.Increased vitamin D could reduce the risk of disease.Conclusion This study shows that vitamin D is closely related to the occurrence of breast cancer.Multi-factor analysis also shows that it is a protective factor for breast cancer.Improving vitamin D levels in postmenopausal women plays an active role in preventing breast cancer.
