医学院校“一主线三结合五维度”三全育人工作模式的探索与实践

实施三全育人工作是落实立德树人根本任务的客观要求、是医学院校推进医学教育改革的重要举措,对提高医学教育质量、培养优秀医学人才具有重要意义。本文解读了新时代三全育人工作的内涵和意义,分析了三全育人工作在实施过程中存在的问题,并结合锦州医科大学的实践,提出了构建“一主线三结合五维度”三全育人工作模式的策略。

The implementation of the work of three comprehensive education is an objective requirement for the implementation of the fundamental tasks of building morality and cultivating people,an important measure for medical colleges and universities to promote medical education reform,and it is of great significance for improving the quality of medical education and training outstanding medical talents.This article interprets the connotation and significance of the work of the three full education people in the new era,analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the work of the three aspects of education,and combines the practice of the Jinzhou Medical University.This paper puts forward the strategy of constructing the working mode of“one main line,three combined with five dimensions”.
