摘要
针对培养应用型药学人才的办学定位,利用医科大学的临床资源,进行了药学专业实践教学改革。本文对教学改革中涉及到的临床资源与药学院资源整合的管理模式、临床与药学实践教学内容、方法、手段的改革进行总结,并对存在的问题进行深入思考,有助于推动应用型药学人才培养质量的提高。
In order to cultivate the professional pharmacy talents,the pharmacy experiment teaching was carried out combined with clinical resource.In this paper,the reform of the management mode involved in the reform of the experimental teaching is summarized,and the reform of the teaching content,the method and the means are summarized too.Furthermore,the problems are analyzed deeply,which can help to promote the improvement of the experimental teaching level of the pharmacy.
