浅析影视剧中医患关系对医学生人文情怀培养的启示

影视剧《急诊室医生》的上演,又一次将公众视野中由于医患互不信任、信息不对等、沟通障碍、人性到医疗体制等一系列错综复杂问题衍生而来的医患关系这个热点话题抛向了风口浪尖。剧中影射了指导医患关系的四种正能量模型,针对紧张的医患关系以典型案例形式给予了我们饱含人文情怀的解答。本文试图从影视剧中获得关于缓解紧张医患关系的启迪与延伸思考,并从中汲取对高职医学生人文情怀培养的启示。

The emergence of the TV series er has once again thrown into sharp focus the hot topic of doctor-patient relationship derived from a series of complicated problems in the public view,such as mutual distrust between doctors and patients,information asymmetry,communication barriers,human nature and medical system.The play insinuates four positive energy models that guide doctor-patient relationship,and provides us with humanistic solutions to the tense doctor-patient relationship in the form of typical cases.This paper attempts to obtain enlightenment and extended thinking on alleviating the tension between doctors and patients from the film and television plays,and to draw inspiration on the cultivation of humanistic feelings of medical students.
