摘要
急性骨筋膜室综合征(acute compartment syndrome,ACS)是创伤骨科的严重并发症之一。随着现代社会的快速发展,高能量损伤、多发伤及多发性骨折日趋增多,ACS的发生率呈上升趋势。然而,目前尚有部分医护人员对此综合征的发病机制、早期诊断及处理原则等认识不清,在发病早期未能及时诊断及有效治疗,耽误宝贵的救治时机,导致患者出现伤肢永久性功能障碍或截肢,甚至危及生命。目前对于ACS的诊断和治疗还存在争议,国内仍缺乏该领域相关的诊疗共识。
