阿司匹林连续给药与间隔给药策略对健康志愿者血小板功能影响

Effect of continuous administration and interval administration of aspirin on platelet function in healthy volunteers

目的探讨阿司匹林连续给药与间隔给药策略对健康志愿者血小板功能的影响。方法选取2017年自11月1日至12月13日纳入的20例健康志愿者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为阿司匹林连续给药组(A组)与阿司匹林间隔给药组(B组),每组各10例。分别于服药前及服药后第14天、服药后第28天进行血小板功能和活性检测。结果与服药前比较,两组服药第14天与第28天的血小板聚集抑制率、血小板分布宽度均显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林间隔给药策略可以产生与连续给药策略同等程度的抗血小板聚集抑制作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of aspirin continuous and interval administration on platelet function in healthy volunteers.Methods A total of 20 healthy volunteers were enrolled from November 1,2017 to December 13,2017.The patients were divided into two groups:Continuous Aspirin Group(Group A)and Interval Aspirin Group(Group B)with 10 cases in each group.Platelet function and activity were measured before and on the 14 th and 28 th day after taking aspirin.Results Compared with pre-treatment,the percentage inhibition of platelet aggregation and platelet distribution width of the two groups were significantly increased on the 14 th and 28 th days after aspirin administration,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The antiplatelet aggregation inhibition effect of interval aspirin administration was the same as that of continuous aspirin administration.
