摘要
以聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、环氧树脂E51等为原料制备含环氧基团的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。在对甲苯磺酸(PTS)存在下,用六甲氧基亚甲基三聚氰胺树酯(HMMM)对其改性,合成了改性WPU乳液。研究了HMMM用量对WPU乳液和膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着HMMM用量增加,WPU乳液粒径增大,黏度减小;HMMM能明显提高WPU固化膜的性能,HMMM添加量增加,WPU膜的拉伸强度、硬度、耐热性和耐水性能明显提高。当HMMM加入量为WPU固体分的8%时,WPU的综合性能最优。
A waterborne polyurethane(WPU)emulsion was synthesized by polybutylene adipate(PBA),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),1,4-butanediol(BDO)and epoxy resin E51.The WPU emulsion was modified by adding hexamethoxymethyl melamine(HMMM)with p-toluenesulfonic acid(PTS)as catalyst.The effects of the amount of HMMM on the properties of WPU emulsions and cast films were studied.The results indicated that the particle size of emulsions was increased and the viscosity of emulsions was declined with the increase of HMMM content.The HMMM could obviously improve the tensile strength,hardness,heat resistance and water resistance of the cured film.When the amount of HMMM was 8%(based on the solid of WPU),the comprehensive performance of WPU was the best.
