摘要
压裂技术的副产物压裂返排液的处理处置逐渐成为页岩气开发过程中关键的环保瓶颈,面对压裂返排液高昂的处理费用和川渝页岩气开采区复杂的地形,目前国内并未建立完整压裂返排液集中处理厂。选择压裂返排液处理主要应用的工艺单元,通过文献查阅和数据调研,初步建立了压裂返排液处理的规模经济模型,从经济效率的角度,对返排液集中处理规模提出了合理建议:应在现场试验中进一步验证返排液处理装置的经济效率。
The treatment and disposal of fracturing flowback fluid,a byproduct of fracturing technology,has gradually become a key environmental protection bottleneck during shale gas development.Facing the high treatment cost of fracturing flowback fluid and the complex terrain of Sichuan and Chongqing shale gas production region,there is no concentrated fracturing flowback fluid gathering treatment plant in China at present.Based on the literature review and data investigation,the scaled economic model of fracturing flowback fluid treatment was established.From the perspective of economic efficiency,several suggestions were put forward for the scale of centralized treatment of flowback fluid,and the economic efficiency of flowback fluid treatment device should be further verified in the field test.
