科技的发展带来了业态的变革,传播领域在科技进步和发展中进入了融媒体时代。传统广播在这样的时代下受到的冲击,信息技术带来的信息传播新局面,使人们获取信息渠道的多样化和便捷化,而传统广播新闻记者要想在这样的时代保留工作岗位和实现自身价值,需要转变传统的思维和工作方式以适应时代的发展。基于此,本文首先分析融媒体时代的主要特征,然后讨论在融媒体时代下进行传统新闻现场采访中容易出现的一些问题,最后提出融媒体时代广播新闻记者实现转型的有效措施。

The development of science and technology has brought about a change in the industry,and the field of communication has entered the era of integrated media in the field of scientific and technological progress and development.Traditional broadcasting in such an era of the impact,information technology brought about by the new situation of information dissemination,so that people access to information channels diversification and convenience,and traditional broadcast journalists in such an era to retain their jobs and realize their own value,we need to change the traditional thinking and work style to adapt to the development of the times.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the main characteristics of the era of fusion media,then discusses some problems that are easy to appear in the traditional news live interview under the era of fusion media,and finally puts forward the effective measures to realize the transformation of broadcast journalists in the era of fusion media.
