绿色出行是城市交通可持续发展的核心目标,针对绿色出行缺乏长效制度保障的现实困境,论文在分析既有私家车出行模式存在的问题的基础上,针对性地提出了面向常态化的绿色出行模式实施机制,包括总体目标、实施策略以及具体对策措施等,以供参考。

Green travel is the core goal of urban transportation sustainable development,in view of the practical dilemma of the lack of long-term institutional guarantee for green travel,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of private car travel patterns,this paper puts forward the normal-oriented green travel mode implementation mechanism,including the overall objectives,implementation strategies and specific countermeasures for reference.
