摘要
以海外某在建±500kV换流站项目为例,简要分析海外高压直流换流站项目施工成本控制的要点及相关措施和建议,为其他海外换流站项目实施及成本控制提供参考。
Taking an overseas±500kV converter station project in constructing as an example,paper briefly analyzes the key points of construction cost control and related measures and suggestions for overseas HVDC converter station projects,to provide reference for implementation and cost control of other similar projects.
