摘要
以煤直接液化加氢稳定油为原料,采用Pt-Pd贵金属加氢催化剂,在连续加氢实验装置上进行了生产工业白油实验研究。研究结果表明,1#低氮油品加氢精制后的芳烃转化率均高于80%,2#高氮油品加氢精制后芳烃转化率不到10%;温度、压力、空速的变化对芳烃转化率有较大影响,在反应压力15 MPa、反应温度220℃、体积空速0.6 h-1的条件下,1#产品油中的芳烃质量分数为3.3%,芳烃转化率为89.56%;1#产品油在实沸点蒸馏装置上经过切割后,280℃~300℃、300℃~320℃馏分段油基本能满足5号、7号工业白油(Ⅰ)行业标准要求。
The production of industrial white oil from direct coal liquefaction hydrogenation stabilized oil was studied by using Pt-Pd noble metal hydrotreating catalyst in a continuous hydrogenation experimental device.The results showed that the aromatics conversion of 1#low nitrogen oil was higher than 80%,and that of 2#high nitrogen oil was less than 10%.The change of temperature,pressure and air velocity had a great influence on the aromatics conversion.The aromatics mass fraction of 1#product oil was 3.3%under the reaction conditions of 15 MPa reaction pressure,220℃reaction temperature and 0.6 h-1 air velocity,and the aromatics conversion rate was 89.56%.The 280℃-300℃and 300℃-320℃fractions of 1#product oil after being cut in the true boiling point distillation unit could meet the requirements of industry standards of No.5 and No.7 industrial white oil(I)respectively.
