摘要
介绍了太钢焦化厂化产区域各工序VOCs的主要来源、产生原因及主要污染物,对比了目前主流的VOCs治理技术,分析了不同的VOCs治理技术的原理、优缺点、适用条件等。结合焦化行业治理VOCs的实践经验,太钢焦化厂对鼓冷、脱硫、硫铵工序VOCs治理采用多级洗涤+活性炭吸附+进入焦炉配风燃烧技术,对粗苯工序、油库VOCs治理采用氮封+引入负压系统技术,并对两种技术从工艺流程、治理效果等方面进行了介绍和分析。结果表明,两种组合技术均实现了现场区域无异味、无废气排放源,可回收部分产品等效果。
The main sources,causes and pollutants of VOCs in each process of chemical production area in Coking Plant of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.were introduced,and the current mainstream VOCs treatment technologies were compared.It was found that different treatment technologies had their own advantages and disadvantages.Only by selecting the reasonable technologies with combination could the treatment requirements be met.Based on the practical experience of VOCs control in coking industry,for the treatment of VOCs in the processes of blast condensation,desulfurization and ammonium sulfate section,the technology of“multi-stage washing absorption+active carbon adsorption+air distribution combustion in coke oven”was adopted,and the technology of“nitrogen blanketing+introduction of negative pressure system”was adopted in the process of crude benzene and oil storage areas.Also,the two technologies were introduced and analyzed from the aspects of process flow and technical advantages.The results showed the use of two technologies could realize the objective of no odor and no exhaust emission source in the field and the recovery of some products.
