河南省资源型城市协调发展及影响因素

Coordinated Relationship and Influencing Factors in Henan Province's Resource-based Cities

构建生态-经济系统评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度及面板数据回归模型,研究河南省资源型城市2008—2017年生态与经济耦合协调水平及影响因素。研究发现:(1)各资源型城市的生态与经济子系统综合发展指数均呈波动上升趋势;耦合度于2017年均达到高耦合阶段;耦合协调度总体上不断增长。(2)资金投入、科技创新、产业结构、经济发展水平对河南省资源型城市耦合协调度起显著的促进作用,环保意识、城镇化水平对耦合协调度的影响不显著。

By constructing the evaluation index system of eco-economic system,using the model of coupling coordination degree(CCD)and panel data regression,this paper analyzed the CCD and its influencing factors between eco-economic of resource-based cities in Henan province during 2008 to 2017.It was found that:(a)Over the past decade,the development index of ecological and economic had been increasing,the coupling degree generally shows an upward trend and reaches the high coupling stage in 2017,the coupling coordination degree keeps increasing.(b)Capital investment,scientific and technological innovation,industrial structure and economic development level play a significant role in promoting the eco-economic system coupling and coordination of resource-based cities in Henan province,while environmental awareness and urbanization level have no significant impact on the coupling coordination degree.
