产教融合背景下高职学生顶岗实习权益保障研究

Research on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Higher Vocational Students during Internship under the Background of Industry-education Integration

顶岗实习是深化产教融合、校企合作的重要形式,是高职院校培养学生职业能力和职业素养的有效途径。通过调研,分析了高职学生顶岗实习期间劳动权益受到侵害的问题及其产生原因,从改善法律法规体系、加强服务与行政监督管理、构建校企利益共同体、完善顶岗实习管理机制和强化风险管理等方面,提出了构建产教融合背景下高职学生顶岗实习期间权益保障机制的措施。

Internship is an important mode of deepening industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.It is also an effective way to cultivate students'professional competence and quality for higher vocational colleges.Based on the investigation,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the infringement about the labor rights of the higher vocational students during the internship.From the aspects of improving the system of laws and regulations,strengthening the service and administrative supervision and management,constructing the interest community of school and enterprise,perfecting the management mechanism of post practice and strengthening the risk management.Under the background of industry-education integration,some measures are put forward for constructing the mechanism about the rights and interests guaranteeing mechanism of higher vocational students during their internship.
