产教融合背景下司法类高职院校实训基地建设研究

Research on the Construction of Practical Training Bases in Judicial Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Integration of Production and Education

司法职业教育是我国职业教育链条中的重要一环,建设具有辐射引领作用的高水平专业化产教融合基地是推动职业教育高质量发展的现实需要,是培养高素质警务技术技能型人才和实现学校、监所共建共享共赢的重要路径。我国司法类高职院校实训基地建设面临设计管理欠科学统筹、运行体制不畅、利益相关者参与度低等方面的挑战,建议明确基地建设的功能定位,深化基地办学体制创新,完善基地运行保障机制,推动基地科研孵化平台建设,推动我国司法职业教育可持续发展。

Judicial vocational education is an important part of China's vocational education,and the construction of a high-level with leading role of high-level professional production and education integration base is the reality needs for promoting the development of high-quality vocational education,and also the basic way of training high-quality police technical skills and achieving the colleges and central supervision to form a win-win situation.At present,the construction of the practical training base of judicial higher vocational colleges in China is faced with the challenges of poor design and management,poor operation system and low stakeholder participation.It suggests clarifying the functional orientation of base construction,deepening the innovation of the base-running system,improving the operation and guarantee mechanism of the base,promoting the construction of the base scientific research incubation platform,and promoting the sustainable development of judicial vocational education in China.
