福建省高职教育与产业结构优化的耦合发展研究

Coupling Development of Higher Vocational Education and Upgrading of Industrial Structure in Fujian Province

以福建省2012—2017年的数据为样本,构建高职教育发展和产业结构优化的评价指标体系,并利用系统耦合模型对两个子系统的关联性和协调性进行测度。实证结果表明,福建省高职教育与产业结构优化之间的关联程度和协调水平都不高。但自2013年以来,耦合关联度有较明显的增加;耦合协调度从最初的高度失调逐渐调整为轻度协调。高职教育对整体耦合的贡献度较弱,在结构比例和产出效率等方面还有待加强。建议福建省高职教育应紧密结合产业升级布局,调整和优化高职教育的专业结构,避免人才同质化;持续探索产教融合的路径,提升高职院校的社会服务能力。

Taking the data of Fujian province from 2012 to 2017 as samples,an evaluation index system for the development of higher vocational education and the optimization of industrial structure was established,and a coupling model was used to measure the relevance and coordination of the two subsystems.The empirical results show that the correlation degree and coordination level between the development of higher vocational education and the optimization of industrial structure in Fujian province are not high.However,since 2013,The degree of coupling coordination is gradually adjusted from the initial height imbalance to the state of mild coordination,it is also found that the contribution of higher vocational education to the overall coupling is weak,and its structural proportion and output efficiency need to be strengthened.The paper proposes two suggestions for improving the fit between the two systems.Firstly,higher vocational education in Fujian province in the future should be closely combined with the layout of industrial upgrading,avoiding the homogenization of talents.Secondly,it should continue to explore the path of integration of industry and education to improve the social service ability of vocational colleges.
