摘要 教师诊改是中职学校教学诊改工作的重要组成部分。开展教师诊改要以《中等职业学校教师专业标准(试行)》为基本依据,建立以工作过程为导向、以典型教学工作任务为载体的教师诊改指导框架,坚持“坚守底线、实践导向、能力为重、实事求是”的原则,有利于把教师专业标准中“静态”的工作要求转化为“动态”的教学工作实践,教师在“做”的过程中实现专业发展,提升教师教学能力,提高人才培养质量。 Teacher's diagnosis and reform is an important part of teaching diagnosis and improvement in secondary vocational schools.To carry out the teacher consultation reform,we should base on"Professional Standards for Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools(trial implementation)",and establish a guiding framework for the teacher consultation reform,which is based on the working process and the carrier of the typical teaching tasks.Holding the principle of"adhering to the bottom line,practice-oriented,ability-oriented and seek truth from facts"is conducive to transforming the"static"work requirements in teachers'professional standards into"dynamic"teaching practice.Thus teachers can achieve professional development,enhance the teaching ability,improve the quality of personnel training in the"Do"process.
