摘要
兼职教师是“双师型”教师队伍的重要组成部分。美、澳、英三国的职业教育发达,兼职教师考核评价机制各有特点。三国的经验为健全我国职业院校兼职教师考核评价机制提供了如下启示:完善法律法规,明晰外部利益方职责;严格职业院校考核评价制度;培育考核文化,从而促进兼职教师专业发展,加强职业院校师资队伍建设,提高教学质量。
Part-time teachers are an important part of the"Double-qualified"team.The vocational education in America,Australia and England is flourishing,and the assessment and evaluation mechanism of part-time teachers havetheir own characteristics.The experience of the three countries provides the following enlightenments for improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism of part-time teachers in vocational colleges in China:improving laws and regulations,clarifying the responsibilities of external stakeholders,formulating assessment and evaluation system of vocational colleges,and cultivating assessment culture,so as to promote the professional development of part-time teachers and improve the construction of teachers'team and teaching quality.
