红色文化蕴含丰富的精神内涵,包含了中国共产党人的理想信念、革命意志、家国情怀和价值追求,在新时代对大学生思想信念、价值理念、道德观念形成和发展具有重要的作用。高校办好社会主义大学,实践立德树人根本任务要强化红色文化担当,将红色基因有效地融入到党建和思政工作中,不断完善制度建设、强化育人理念,形成工作合力、强化载体建设,依托学科优势、强化价值研究,服务地方经济、深化实践运用。

red culture contains rich spiritual connotation,including Chinese Communists'ideal and belief,revolutionary will,patriotism and value pursuit.It plays an important role in the formation and development of university students'ideological belief,value concept and moral concept in the new era.The fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in colleges and universities is to strengthen the red culture’s role,integrate the red gene efficiently into the Party’s building and political education work,constantly perfecting the system building and strengthening the concept of education.We should work together to strengthen the carrier building,rely on the discipline advantage,strengthen the value of subject research,serve the local ecolomy,and deepen the practice and application.
